Heads will nod if i say right now that there are times when we get frustrated with our own shortcomings so much so that we start finding flaws in everything related to us....something similar attacked me last night at exactly 3.30 A.M. while i was busy cramming radiological nicknames of diseases i have never even encountered in my clinical classes....suddenly my mind did a 180 degree swing from studies to all kind of crap and i came up with the flaws of my sunsign.....the archers....sagittarian.....here are few worth mentioning....
1.Disgustingly Optimistic---Oh this is a big time yes from all the archers out there .Our ship is sinking,the rats have already deserted the captain still we the ultimate positive thinkers will thank GOD for making the rats leave so the ship is lighter.....Our BFF(best friends forever...for those who r still living in dark ages!!!!!!) is making out with our own lover and all we will get mushy about is "thank god,they are getting along well..."
This one is from personal experience...we dont study for the monstrous exams and will pray that only those questions will come which we have studied . yeah we are the breed that lives optimism,breathes positivity,and thrives on good will. But it has its own downfall....we tend to bite more than we can chew....and we never see the land as it lies.
2.Hopeless romantics----yesssss i've spelled it in capital letters.We are the romantics at heart,we do believe in all that candy floss,honey-dipping,tear-jerking stuff we see in bollywood movies.We are the 90% of the population that makes these movies hit.Whenever SRK blurts out "मैंने तुम्हे इतनी शिद्दत से पाने की कोशिश की है....." we have our hearts in our mouth, we cry every time we see "the notebook" or "sleepless in seattle" and worst of all we do believe there is a soulmate for all of us just like nicolas cage in city of angels....phewwwww
3.egomaniacs---Ive said it out loud...its something we are not ashamed of but not even something we love to flaunt. The world has deteriorated so much so that ass-kissing is considered an art ...a talent. But we flow opposite to the sea..instead of swallowing our pride in extreme of conditions and sucking up to the people to cut our losses we attack HEAD-ON....and BAMM!! End up hurting ourselves..be it professionally,personally...you name it you got it.
4.easily bored ----*sigh *sigh *sigh we crave for materialistic things that we know will never be within our reach in our wildest of imaginations but we work our asses off to get them and the moment we try our hands on them something better catches our eye.
The worst thing is the same happens with our personal relationships as well.We get so bored of people surrounding us that we tend to hurt them unintentionally though.But then again our knack for being the care-giver gets us back in the good books.
LAST AND THE WORST OF ALL.....we are the philosophers at heart.everything has to have some random philosophy attached to it for us....and we try to make world understand this....with impeccable timing at times....(sarcasm...duh) people are going thru heart breaks we will make them understand there is some one better for them.....someone lost their job and we are enumerating the things to do on our free time.....
i still have atleast 50-60...more...but for the time being this much is sufficient to pull me back to earth from my present "on cloud nine.." location....so far so good...
