khwahish

This post has been published by me as a part of the Blog-a-Ton 40; the fortieth edition of the online marathon of Bloggers; where we decide and we write. To be part of the next edition, visit and start following Blog-a-Ton. The theme for the month is "MAKE A WISH"

P.S. There are a lot of things we wish for, true love, money, comfortable life, happiness, etc etc,..There are a lot of things we wish we could change, decisions, faults, choices...you name it. But there are a few wishes as common and as gruesome as the fact that partition shouldnt have happened. It has been years and the scars havent healed at all. They remain fresh in our memory. Partition divided our country, and the after effects was a gruesome, gory tale for all of us to remember.
I wish it did not happen.

  12. The ramifications of Radcliffe line are exquisitely portrayed.

Mitti to don taraf ek hi hai par kuch dahshatgardon ne gehun ki jagah nafrat ke beej bo diye hain.

  20. It reminded me one of my favorite songs, Mere dushman mere bhai mere humsaaye.
Beautiful poet, but after looking at recent incidents, I doubt these one-sided thoughts (of Indians) make sense anymore. :(
