The reflection stares from the mirror,
staring, frowning, glaring
or was it just me hallucinating.
The reflection stares from the mirror,
whose innocence is long lost,
lost in the maze of gruesome world.
The reflection stares from the mirror,
whose free spirits surrendered,
to the enslaved world.
The reflection stares from the mirror,
whose innocence reflected once
through the dimpled smile.
The reflection stares from the mirror,
whose face belonged to me,
Alas! has drowned in the human sea,

nice...so true we can lose our identity and no longer recognize ourselves in the sea of humanity...we are all in this together, but we need to preserve our individuality as well...

DeleteFirst off I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question which
ReplyDeleteI'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was curious to find out
how you center yourself and clear your head prior
to writing. I've had a tough time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out there. I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints? Appreciate it!
Look into my blog post: Legal ecstasy
so truly portrayed.
ReplyDelete"One day these reflections will remain-
of a rarely told story of a person,
who lost his sparks in the crowds of life."
tragic truth of life..
DeleteWish the mirror could be a bit merciful. Nice poetry ... like the weave of words.
